Why we collect your information

TCCS collects information about prospective and existing customers for the purpose of maintaining its business records. Its lawful basis for processing is therefore delivery of contractual services, or carrying out certain pre-contractual activities such as preparing quotes, as specified under Article 6(1) of the UK GDPR.

How we share your information

Your information is shared with business professionals, for example accountants, for the purpose of maintaining business records. Information may also be stored in cloud services, for example Google Drive or Microsoft Office365.

How long we keep information

Information is retained according to relevant legislation and business practice, for example seven years for financial documentation.

Your rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • To be informed how your information is being used
  • The right of access to your information, including a copy of information held about you
  • The right to have inaccuracies corrected
  • The right to have your information deleted if it is no longer being used for its original purpose.
